The Warp (1995)

The light from the window shows the light tones of the floor and wall. Above to the right of the window is the blue sky of freedom. Below is the staircase which Anne climbed to her hiding place and from where she descended. From here is the railway on the right side of which lies the camp with the faces of inmates looking out. Above these are the linear suggestions of the snow topped roofs of the camp huts. To the left of the track the longest beam leans inwards, while the ceiling can be seen as the tops of the camp posts. Anne's head is depicted as a blue outline which is partly in the light tone of hope and partly in the dark tone of despair
